Heart attack, stroke, or life-threatening irregular heartbeat within the last 6 months

Currently taking nitrate medications (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate)

Currently taking riociguat (Adempas) or other guanylate cyclase stimulators

Uncontrolled high blood pressure or dangerously low blood pressure

Severe liver or kidney disease

History of priapism (an erection lasting more than 4 hours)

Conditions that may predispose to priapism (e.g., sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, leukemia)

History of sudden vision loss in one or both eyes (NAION)

Known allergy or adverse reaction to sildenafil, tadalafil, or similar medications

A doctor has advised that sexual activity is unsafe for you due to cardiovascular health

None of the above apply to me

Uncontrolled high blood pressure or cardiovascular disease

Currently pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding

Heart attack or stroke within the last 6 months

Known allergy or adverse reaction to bremelanotide (PT-141)

Severe liver impairment or active liver disease

Currently taking naltrexone (Vivitrol, ReVia) for alcohol or opioid dependence

History of significant skin darkening (hyperpigmentation) from previous melanocortin treatment
